"Just wanted to tell you that we are still rocking here at Cornell.
You bring such positive energy with you wherever you go! We were so impressed with the way you played the concert Saturday night. . . exactly as you would have in a room of 100. I know that for Ben and Justin - two Cornell students, it was a transformational evening that will totally change what Chabad means to them. Thank you again for a most memorable weekend, which touched us all deeply."

My 13-year-old and I have now each read Skullcaps, and I've plunged into Sharing Turf. We are loving these books! Of course, we also enjoyed your talk to our shul at Chabad Romano in Richmond Hill, Ontario, this past year. Thanks so much for making these available to the world.

"If
your looking for an inspiring, uplifting,
edgy Shabbaton - Dr Laz is your man. His
unique forays into the inner city and public
school systems gives him a background and
credibilty that instantly resonates with
the people... amazing personal stories, rousing singing
that gets everyone involved, compelling
insights, and all with the unique Chassidisher/hip
hop blend , that is Dr Laz!"

He's developed a reputation as an internationally celebrated musician and educator acclaimed for his work with special needs students in gritty, inner-city schools. He's an expert on the subject of racial harmony.

We recently had Dr Laz at our dinner. It was amazing. He’s funny, entertaining, engaging and on track with the chabad message. He is a mentch with strong connection to the Rebbe and he has a great story to tell. His music is fun and most of all he has a unique ability to loosen up a crowd and engage them. I strongly recommend him.

On
behalf of the Nov. 2009 Pediatric Brain and Spinal Cord
Injury Conference Organizing Committee we'd like to
express our sincerest appreciation to you and your group
of fantastic people for participating in our conference
again this year. Importantly, you showed over 100 professionals
creative new ways of reaching and connecting with and
improving the lives of children and young adults with
special needs. Everyone was touched by seeing first
hand the wonderful work you are doing, and most took
away valuable insights and ideas for trying to recreate
that "groove thing" you have going on with
your kids. Your use of assistive technology was also
very inspiring and innovative, and you actually had
people out of their seats taking part in an interactive
way. If you think of our conference as a hot fudge sundae,
your performance was the cherry on top!

Dr.
Laz is personable, energetic and inspiring. His stories
were engaging, humorous and full of content that people
from all perspectives learned from and were motivated
by. The concert was rocking and he got people up front
dancing and singing along. We could not recommend him
with any higher accolades. You are missing something
special if you haven't had him speak and/or play!
